Approach
We offer a series of one day courses, designed to develop specific skills and capabilities. They are run in series and can be selected separately or added together to form a comprehensive five day course.
The training is intensely practical. It has been designed by practitioners for practitioners and is delivered face to face. The courses feature hands-on analysis of multi-source survey data, introduction to a wide range of salary surveys, individual, pair and group work, one to one coaching, case studies, worked examples and a handful of overnight exercises.
