Mark Childs – Director Mark is one of the UK’s foremost reward management professionals having held five FTSE 100 or Fortune 500 Head of Reward roles throughout his career. In addition he remains a highly active reward management consultant and so speaks from genuine current reward management expertise. During all search assignments, Mark, will always validate the technical competencies of each and every candidate. In addition, all of our interim reward professionals have undergone rigorous technical screening to establish their individual level of capability.

Niall FitzGerald – Director Niall has almost 20 years of continuous search and interim management experience and has built up a highly impressive HR and Reward Management network. He is a natural Resource Investigator and highly experienced Psychometric Assessor. He will work closely with our research analyst to seek out the most suitable potential candidates and the put them through a rigorous interview to establish their motivation and cultural fit before handing them over to Mark to “kick their technical tyres”.

Nelia Freitas –Assignment Co-ordinator Nelia fulfils a vital role in ensuring that the candidate experience is seamless, painless and efficient. She is the linchpin in all of our assignment activity on both Interim and permanent assignments and ensures that the right people are in the right place at the right time with the right paperwork. In addition she is responsible for all back office activity for Total Reward Careers and the wider Total Reward Group.
