Founded in 2005 as a niche reward consultancy offering a full range of bespoke reward solutions ranging from salary benchmarking, to designing and implementing a reward strategy. Our clients are as diverse as the services offered, from Charities to Investment Banks and they benefit from our years of in-house experience and our tailored approach. We do not sell products and we do not overcharge for our services.
Building upon the success of Total Reward Solutions, we responded to client demand by creating Total Reward Careers in 2006. This boutique search and interim consultancy is unique in being devoted exclusively to reward professionals. We undertake retained search assignments and place interim reward professionals supported by the fact we know more reward practitioners than any other search firm.
Our most recent development is the launch of Total Reward Academy in 2011. Offering entry level courses to businesses wishing to invest in the development of Reward Analysts. Due to a chronic lack of investment and subsequent shortage of Reward Analysts in the UK market these intensive courses are run by experienced practitioners for aspiring practitioners.
Our business is truely independent, being wholly owned by our employees, with everyone in the company enjoying a shareholding interest. This means we think and act like accountable owners, serving our clients in a responsive, professional manner. We operate to high ethical standards and our corporate social responsibility is expressed in paying our suppliers promptly and donating 10% of the operating profit of our consultancy business to registered charities.
