Mark Childs Chartered Companion and former CIPD Vice-President Reward, he was previously Director Global Compensation & Benefits for Fidelity Investments, Seagram, Chubb, Reckitt & Colman and Forte plc. Chief architect and a Course Tutor for the CIPD’s postgraduate qualification in Reward Management and author of Personnel Today’s One-Stop Guide to Managing Reward, Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting, a Remuneration Committee Chairman and Group HR Adviser at OCS.
Niall FitzGerald has almost 20 years experience as a specialist HR recruiter and was formerly Head of HR Search at Penna Plc, Courtenay HR and Mercuri Urval. An experience career coach, he has also worked as Career Consultant for HR professionals at Fairplace Plc, with his early career being as an army officer.
Sallie Evans - has more than 15 years’ reward experience with particular expertise in global benefits and incentive plan design. Her experience includes six years as Head of Global Benefits at Fidelity Investments, where she was instrumental in setting up risk benefit programmes for new markets across Europe and Asia. Prior to this she held senior reward and HR generalist roles in Prudential and Nestle.
Janice Edwards - has more than 15 years’ experience in pay analysis and compensation management. She has multi-sector and international expertise in the design of pay structures, salary progression systems, sales commission and management incentive plans. Her corporate experience includes six years in Fidelity Investments as a senior compensation analyst, and five years in a similar role with HSBC Asset Management.
Simon Richardson - has almost 20 years’ international reward experience working in companies such as Logica and ING Bank. He also worked for 7 years in PwC’s in-house reward team managing international assignments in and out of Europe. Simon’s early HR career at Logica focused on recruitment and employee development, prior to taking responsibility for their international assignment programme. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
